Meet Your Instructor

I started out as the “finance guy”—all logic, and no real clue how to lead people. An international role changed everything. It exposed me to powerful mentors, diverse teams, and the kind of leadership that puts people first. That sparked a shift. I then dove deep into psychology, applied what I learned, and saw the impact firsthand. Over nearly 20 years in C-level roles - including 10+ as CEO - in multiple countries and companies, I’ve kept learning, experimenting, and refining.
