About the Course

In survey after survey with impactful leaders of today, and those aspiring to be leaders, some core elements of psychology come up again and again.  In this course, we cover off the 5 most common ones, along with a bonus lesson on resilience.   For each one, we look at simple, core activities or behaviours to grow and develop yourself and your teams in each of these areas.  The goal of the lesson is to make it simple and applicable instantly.

Just kidding!  Hi! I’m Chris... Lucky is my loyal assistant!   I started my career as the "finance guy" - focused on the rational and the logical - with little sense of how to actually lead people. Fortunately, an international role gave me the chance to reinvent myself. That opportunity exposed me to new experiences plus incredible mentors and coaches who opened my eyes to the power of human-centric leadership.
